November Preseason Conditioning

Use the month of November to sharpen your skills, condition your body and get into game shape for the upcoming season!

Space is limited!
The first 50 boys/girls to register will be accepted!
Reserve your spot early... last year we filled up fast!

  

This program is designed for serious
basketball players of all ages.
 

The 10 sessions will include:

*Speed, footwork & agility workouts

*Plyometric and cardio conditioning circuits

*Shooting, ball handling, rebounding, defensive skill work



Dates:  November  1st, 3rd, 7th, 9th, 10th, 14th, 16th, 17th, 21st & 23rd 
 
Time:  7:00 – 8:00pm

          8:00 - 9:00pm


All sessions will be held at:
Beverly YMCA (Teen Center)
